Definitions:
Clients: Users seeking personal growth and development. An individual user of this group is referred to as a "client." Coaches: Users offering guidance, support, and mentorship to clients on the app. A coach can also serve as a consultant, providing specialized advice and strategies tailored to individual needs. An individual user of this group is referred to as a "coach." Event Organizers: Users promoting their events, products, or services on the app. An individual user of this group is referred to as an "event organizer." Product Companies: Users promoting goods or products in the shop section on the app. An individual user of this group is referred to as a "product company." Users: A collective term encompassing all types of individuals or entities utilizing the app. An individual user of this group is referred to as a "user."

Purpose of App:
The purpose of this app is to promote "personal development" by providing users with a comprehensive wellness platform.
Age Requirement:
The event oraganizer must be 18 years of age or above to ensure they are legally considered adults capable of entering into contractual agreements. This age requirement is established to protect both the clients and the coaches, ensuring that all parties involved are mature enough to handle the responsibilities and expectations inherent in the event relationship. By accessing and utilizing the app, the event oraganizer affirms they meet this age requirement.
Account Protection:
The event organizer is responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials, including username and password. They must ensure that their password is strong and unique, avoiding sharing their login information with anyone.
Password Management:
The event organizer is encouraged to change their password regularly. In the event of a suspected security breach, they should change their password immediately and notify the app management.
Unauthorized Access:
The event organizer must notify the app management immediately if they suspect any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security. The app management will take appropriate action to investigate and address any reported issues.
Account Recovery:
In cases where the event organizer forgets their password or is unable to access their account, they can email us at support@cuewellness.net
Security Measures:
The app employs various security measures to protect event organizer data, including encryption and secure server environments with firewalls. However, the event organizer acknowledges that no security system is completely foolproof, and they share responsibility for their account security.
Client Feedback:
After every event, clients will automatically receive a feedback message to assess their satisfaction. Happy: If the client clicks "happy", this indicates a successful engagement. Unhappy: If the client clicks "unhappy", this indicates an unsuccessful engagement. This will involve the app reviewing the events content, delivery, and interaction between event organizer and the client or user.
Rating and Testimonials:
After a client attends an event, they have the opportunity to provide a rating and submit a testimonial about their experience. Ratings are based on a 5-point scale, where 5 points signify an excellent coaching experience and 1 point indicates a poor experience.
Alert Button for Emergencies:
The "alert button" serves as a safety feature for both event organizer and client in case of an emergency. When either party activates this button, it sends out an automated message. The message will read: "I am currently facing an emergency and unable to respond. I appreciate your understanding and will reach out as soon as I can. Thank you for your patience!" An emergency rescheduling or refund for clients affected by the emergency will ensure they receive the right support. This policy prioritizes the well-being of both event organizer and clients during emergencies. Although, a case-by-case study will be conducted before arriving at any conclusions by the app management at that time.
Conduct:
Event organizers must engage respectfully within the community and refrain from disruptive behavior. Violations may lead to corrective actions, including warnings, temporary suspension of features, or permanent removal from the app.
Engagement:
Event organizers engagement within the app is vital for creating a dynamic and effective event environment. This involves actively participating in the event process by setting clear goals, being responsive to client needs, and maintaining open lines of communication. The app also offers a range of features that the event organizer should utilize to maximize their visibility.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Event organizers are encouraged to acknowledge and respect the diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and practices of clients and fellow users within the app. They should be mindful of cultural differences that may influence communication styles, coaching preferences, and personal values, especially in group settings. Understanding and embracing this diversity can enhance the event experience, foster inclusivity, and promote a supportive environment for all clients.
Time Commitment:
A committed time investment from event organizers is vital for creating a successful experience. Event organizers should set aside adequate time for posting an event, generally one to three months in advance, depending on the type of event and target audience. Moreover, they must also dedicate time to prepare for the event to ensure its success.
Commitment Level:
As event organizers, you have the flexibility to choose how many events you wish to promote on the app, allowing you to curate a schedule that aligns with your goals and resources. This control empowers you to prioritize events that resonate with you and ignite your passion. By customizing your levels of involvement, you can cultivate deeper connections with your clients and create more meaningful experiences. Your choices are crucial to your success, and we want you to feel empowered in your role as an event organizer!
Emotional Impact:
Event organizers must be aware that hosting events can evoke a variety of emotional responses for both the client and the event organizer themselves. It is crucial to acknowledge these feelings and understand their implications. The app encourages event organizers and clients to seek support from licensed health professionals or medical practitioners in such cases, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and guidance from the right authorities.
Addiction Warning:
Event organizers are advised to be mindful of their usage patterns and to recognize the potential for over-reliance or addiction to the app's features and content. While the app is designed to promote personal growth and well-being, excessive use may lead to negative impacts on daily life, relationships, and overall mental health. Event organizers are encouraged to maintain a balanced approach to their engagement with the app and to set healthy boundaries regarding screen time and usage frequency. If event organizers feel that their engagement with the app is becoming compulsive or interfering with their daily responsibilities, it is recommended that they seek guidance from licensed health professionals or medical practitioners, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and guidance from the right authorities.
Event Organizer Agreement:
By accessing the event organizer section and utilizing the features provided by the app, the event organizer expressly acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and services outlined herein. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the event organizer and the app. Additionally, clients, coaches, or product companies may access the event organizer section to promote their own events. In these cases, they will be subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this terms sheet.
Clients, Coaches, Product Companies Signing into the Event Organizer Section:
When signing into the event organizer section, clients, coaches or product companies should note that they will be classified as an event organizer. Consequently, they are expected to comply with the same rules and regulations that govern event organizer as outlined in this terms sheet.
Registration Process and Profile Building:
The app registration process for the event organizer consists of several key steps. First, the event organizer provides essential information: join as (event organizer), creating a secure password, and agree to the terms and services. Following this, the event organizer is prompted to verify their mobile number by entering a confirmation code (OTP verification) sent via SMS to validate their identity. After successfully confirming their identity, the event organizer must provide additional information, including their email address, date of birth, gender, and profile picture. Once this information is completed, the coach should click "next." The following page will require the event organizer to input their bank details for the app charges towards daily advertising fees. After entering this information, they should click "next" to move on to the review page, where they can confirm all the details they have provided to ensure accuracy. Once the information is submitted, the event organizer will need to wait for the app management to complete a verification and vetting process. If accepted, they will gain access to the app; if not approved, they will be notified accordingly. If, for any reason, the event organizer does not agree to the terms and services and fails to click the acceptance box, they will be unable to complete the registration process and will not have access to the app.
Terms Acceptance:
By being granted access to be featured on the app, the event organizer agrees to comply with the established terms in this sheet and the guidelines page governing their professional conduct, responsibilities, interactions with clients or users and app management, ensuring a mutual understanding and commitment to a positive event experience.
Event Section Overview:
The "event section" provides a platform for event organizers to create their own event, whether virtual or in-person, catering to the diverse interests and needs of the clients or users. By serving as a central hub for all event-related information and interactions, the event section is designed to enhance the overall app experience.
Creating the Event:
Upon successful verification of the organizer’s credentials, the event organizer shall create the event by providing all mandatory details; select event banner type (banner 1 or banner 2), select the appropriate activity the event is associated with, include event and host name, date and time, pricing for both early bird and regular tickets, specification of whether the event will be virtual or in-person (provide event location if the event is in-person), a rules section for outlining any guidelines, and a special notes section for highlighting key points. The event organizer should also indicate whether they possess the necessary licenses and permissions, have the required talent and experience, and agree to provide a refund if a client (or clients) are unhappy with their service. Following this the event organizer shall set the daily advertising fee based on their requirement, and define all event-related terms and conditions. The event will then be submitted for verification. The app also features a unique ticket booking system that includes an "early bird ticket" option, allowing event organizers to sell tickets in advance by offering an attractive discount. Additionally, the app offers a regular "ticket fee" option, which enables event organizers to capitalize on demand - if there are very few tickets left, they can choose not to offer a discount and maximize revenue. Conversely, if there are many seats available, event organizers can slash prices significantly, providing a substantial discount in the hopes of selling out. Ideally, event organizers can take advantage of a complimentary feature that allows them to create their own banner by selecting an appropriate creative background from the options provided by the app. This functionality enhances their promotional efforts and ensures that event organizers can initiate sales without the delays typically associated with creative agencies, enabling them to sell tickets well in advance. Upon successful completion of the verification process, the event organizer shall pay for the applicable advertising fees, after which the event will be authorized for launch.
Event Agreement Terms Page:
Every event organizer is required to fill in the "event agreement terms" page provided by the app, which outlines their terms and conditions (rules governing their services) and should include the following policies, for example: health and safety guidelines, intellectual property rights and permissions to use client images, videos, or recordings taken during the event, a liability waiver, dispute resolution procedures, emergency protocols, rescheduling and cancellation policies, a force majeure clause, any insurance requirements, a confidentiality clause (ensuring the confidentiality of client information), a code of conduct (establishing expectations for behavior and professionalism), credentials and permissions (providing information about the organizer’s background, certifications, experience, and compliance with the relevant authorities to host the event), amendments clause (to state how changes to terms and conditions can be made and communicated), etc. Once the information is submitted, the event organizer will need to wait for the app management to complete a verification and vetting process. Following which, each client will receive this page upon clicking "chat with event organizer". This document is vital as it provides clear information to every client from the start, reducing the need for extensive back-and-forth communication about common questions and concerns clients may have. Moreover, this document acts as a formal agreement between the event organizer and the client, serving as a reference point in the event of any conflicts.
Event Organizer Certifications, Licenses, Talent, Experience:
The app is committed to maintaining a high standard of events by implementing a vetting process for its event organizers. The event organizers are expected to possess the necessary certifications and licenses relevant to their specific areas of expertise by clicking "agree" before finalizing their enrollment. For those who do not hold formal qualifications but demonstrate exceptional talent and experience, the option to click "agree" is also available. Furthermore, event organizers have the flexibility to select both options if applicable. This approach ensures that clients or users receive accurate information, empowering them to make informed decisions based on their specific needs and preferences. While we encourage clients or users to verify the certifications and licenses of event organizers before making a commitment, clients also have the option to work with event organizers who do not have formal qualifications but possess talent and experience. Ultimately, the decision lies entirely with the client or user, empowering them to make informed choices as discerning adults.
Event Organizer Limitations:
Despite the emphasis on certifications or talent, it is important to clarify that there are limitations to the events offered. Clients or users should be made to understand by the event organizers that while event participation may lead to substantial personal growth, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Furthermore, while the event organizers may provide valuable support in various aspects of their event, they should not be considered substitutes for licensed health professionals or medical practitioners. Clients or users are encouraged to seek appropriate professional help from qualified health professionals or medical practitioners for any issues that require specialized attention, reinforcing the importance of understanding the scope of participating in such events.
Guideline Page:
The app includes a dedicated "guideline page" for each section, providing event organizers and clients with clear instructions and explanations on how to effectively utilize the available features. After the initial display, the page will vanish but remain accessible in the "event organizer profile section" for future reference. Additionally, the page will be updated as needed to reflect any significant changes or updates to features, ensuring that event organizers and clients have access to the most up-to-date information. It is the event organizers' responsibility to check the page from time to time for any updates.
Voluntary Participation:
This underscores that the event organizer engages with the event section of their own free will. It affirms that participation in the event organizer section is entirely optional, granting the event organizer the right to choose whether or not to take part. This clause emphasizes the importance of informed consent, ensuring that the event organizer understands they are not obligated to participate in any aspect of the app if they do not wish to do so.
Responsibility:
The event organizer is accountable for their own actions and decisions based on the information outlined in this terms sheet and the guideline page. The event organizer should also note that all content provided by the app is intended for informational purposes only and should be utilized at their own discretion.
Ticket Pricing:
Event organizers have the flexibility to set their own ticket pricing, allowing them to tailor their pricing based on the event's nature, audience, and market demand (currency applied in USD, until the app decides otherwise). Additionally, the app is not responsible for any foreign exchange (forex) or any transaction fees imposed by their bank. Event organizers should also be aware of any tax obligations they may need to manage independently, as the app will handle its own tax responsibilities. Furthermore, the app will not take any commission from ticket sales.
Banner Fee Agreement:
The app charges a daily banner fee for event organizers, applicable for the entire duration of the event banner. This fee offers two banner options: a "premium immovable banner" for maximum visibility (one slot), and a more cost-effective "movable banner" (multiple slots). However, if another event organizer has already secured the premium slot for unmovable banner, the only next available option will be to choose the movable banner, as there is only one premium banner opportunity at any given time. Both options are prominently located in the events section, allowing event organizers the flexibility to choose the option that best suits their needs and budget. Event organizers should also recognize that the banner fee charged by the app is essential for covering various operational costs associated with its functionality. These costs include hosting the event organizer, communication features like calls and chat, providing exposure to potential clients, managing tax obligations, maintaining cloud hosting space, payment processing, and the ongoing development and maintenance of the app. Note: Since the app does not charge any entry fees, or take a commission on ticket sales, only implementing a daily advertising fee, it’s important for the event organizer to understand the implications of this structure. This approach supports the event organizers' growth as well as the app's growth, ensuring a fair framework for both to succeed.
Bank Details:
The event organizer is required to provide their bank details while building their profile, as the app utilizes Stripe as its payment processing partner.
Payment Terms and Client Satisfaction:
Payment for event organizers will be processed after the event to ensure that all clients have had a satisfactory experience. Following the event, each client is provided with the option to indicate their satisfaction by selecting either "happy" or "unhappy." If all clients select “happy”, this indicates a successful engagement and the event organizer can expect to receive payment within 10 business days after the event. If one or more clients select “unhappy” or submits an official complaint through the app, payment will be delayed until the the app management conducts a case study to identify the underlying issue. If the client is significantly dissatisfied and requests a refund, the app will issue a full ticket refund, and the event organizer will not receive the ticket fee for that transaction. Event organizers should be reminded that by clicking “agree” during their registration with the app, they have acknowledged the refund policy. If a client chooses to forgive the event organizer and gives them another chance, the app will release the ticket fee to the event organizer; however, a warning will be issued to the event organizer. If similar incidents occur repeatedly, the app may impose additional penalties or fines and could take disciplinary actions, including suspending the event organizers event section or banning the event organizer from the platform. In such cases, the event organizer will lose all their data and any loyal clients. Ultimately, the specific consequences of actions taken in response to issues and complaints will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the app management, ensuring a fair and thorough review of each situation. Note: If the event organizer is facing any challenges, they can communicate earliest with the app management via the management chat for guidance and support.
Client Event Cancellation & Emergency Policy:
If a client "cancels an event", it is essential to inform the event organizer at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling or alternative arrangements. Failing to communicate promptly—particularly if the event organizer later files an official complaint with the app management—could lead to penalties for the client. These penalties may include a full forfeiture of the event ticket fee, or a negative impact on the clients rating. In the event of an "emergency" (such as medical issues, family emergencies, work emergencies, unexpected legal matters, natural disasters) that prevents the client from attending the event, its advised that the client hits the "alert button" which will indicate to their event organizer that there's an emergency and the client may receive a full refund depending on proof and the event organizers refund policy on emergency cancellations. If rescheduling or cancellations become frequent with the client, the app may impose additional penalties or fines and could take disciplinary actions, including suspending this feature on the clients account. Ultimately, the specific consequences of actions taken in response to complaints or emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the app management, ensuring a fair and comprehensive review of each situation.
Event Organizer Cancellation, Rescheduling, Emergency Policy:
If an event organizer "reschedules or cancels an event", they must notify the client at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to allow for rescheduling or alternative arrangements. Failure to communicate promptly—especially if the client later files an official complaint with the app management—may result in penalties for the event organizer, including a full ticket refund to the client, or a negative impact on their rating. In the event of an "emergency" (such as medical issues, family emergencies, work emergencies, unexpected legal matters, natural disasters) that prevents the event organizer from attending the event, its advised that the coach hits the "alert button" which will indicate to their clients that there's an emergency. if rescheduling is not possible, clients will receive a full ticket refund. Additionally, if the event is rescheduled but the clients are unable to attend the new date, the clients will receive a full ticket refund. If rescheduling or cancellations become frequent with the event organizer, the app may impose additional penalties or fines and could take disciplinary actions, including suspending this feature on the event organizers account. Ultimately, the specific consequences of actions taken in response to complaints will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by the app management, ensuring a fair and comprehensive review of each situation.
Content Accuracy:
Event organizers are advised to critically assess the information provided by the app, as the app does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of its content. The app may update content periodically and event organizers should verify the information independently.
Content Moderation:
The app reserves the right to monitor, filter, and, if deemed necessary, remove any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of the guidelines or agreements provided. Event organizers acknowledge that while the company endeavours to implement robust moderation mechanisms to uphold community standards, the vastness of content generated may pose inherent challenges in identifying and addressing every instance of non-compliance. Consequently, event organizers are encouraged to report any content that they believe contravenes these guidelines. The app is committed to taking prompt and appropriate action in response to such reports, thereby fostering a positive and constructive user experience.
Community Standards:
Respectful Communication: Event organizers are expected to engage in respectful and constructive dialogue, avoiding hate speech, harassment, or personal attacks. Inclusivity: The community should be welcoming and inclusive, embracing diversity in backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Privacy and Confidentiality: Event organizers must respect the privacy of clients and refrain from sharing personal information without consent. Constructive Feedback: Encourage sharing feedback in a positive and constructive manner, aimed at fostering growth and improvement. Relevance to the Community: Contributions should be relevant to the community's purpose and goals, ensuring discussions remain focused and valuable. No Spam or Self-Promotion: Event organizers should refrain from posting spam, irrelevant links, or excessive self-promotion that detracts from meaningful interactions. Compliance with Laws: Event organizers must adhere to the applicable laws and regulations of the location where they are hosting the event, ensuring that their conduct is legal and ethical. Reporting Violations: The app encourages event organizers to report any behavior that violates community standards, helping to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Accountability: Event organizers should take responsibility for their actions and contributions, promoting a culture of accountability within the community.
User-Generated Content:
Event organizers have the right to create and share their own content through the app, including messages, comments, and any materials presented during virtual meetings or within the chat feature. By submitting or sharing user-generated content, event organizers grant the app a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute their content for the purposes of providing and improving the service. Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that their content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any applicable laws. The app reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any user-generated content from both virtual meetings and the chat that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms. While event organizers retain ownership of their content, they acknowledge that the app may use it to enhance user experience, conduct analyses, and promote the app. This includes the analysis of chat content for trends and improvements.
Service Level Agreement (SLA):
This service level agreement delineates the commitments and standards of service that the app endeavors to uphold in the provision of its features and services. The app aims to provide high-quality features and services in a timely and efficient manner; however, it makes no guarantees regarding the achievement of specific levels of performance or uptime. Service Availability: The app will strive to maintain service availability of 99% during standard operational hours, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond the apps control, such as force majeure events, technical failures, or disruptions in third-party services. Response Times: The app will endeavor to respond via the chat feature to event organizer inquiries and support requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24 to 48 hours. However, response times may vary based on the location, volume of requests, and the nature of the inquiry. Maintenance and Downtime: The app reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance and updates to the features and services. Event organizers will be notified in advance of such maintenance whenever feasible. The app shall not be liable for any disruptions or service unavailability resulting from maintenance activities or unforeseen technical issues. Event Organizer Responsibilities: Event organizers are expected to maintain their account information accurately and to communicate any issues or concerns promptly. Failure to do so may impact the app's ability to provide timely support or resolution of issues. Limitations: This SLA does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of service performance. The app shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the failure to meet the specified service levels.
Event Organizer Support:
The app is committed to providing exceptional support to all event organizers. If you encounter any issues, have questions, or require assistance, our management team is readily available to help. Additionally, each section within the app includes its own guideline page, offering information on effectively using and navigating those functionalities to enhance your experience. Event organizers can contact management anytime through the management chat feature for direct communication, ensuring that both inquiries and urgent matters are addressed promptly. We value your feedback and appreciate any thoughts you wish to share, as your input helps us improve our services to better meet your needs.
Notification Policy:
The app may send notifications to event organizers to enhance their experience and keep them informed about important updates, features, promotions, and other relevant information. Notifications may be delivered through various channels, including push notifications, chat, or email. By using the app, event organizers acknowledge and consent to receive notifications as described in this policy. We encourage event organizers to periodically review their notification settings to ensure they align with their preferences. Service Interruptions:
The app may experience occasional service interruptions due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to technical issues, maintenance, or internet connectivity problems. Event organizers acknowledge that the app is not liable for any disruptions in service, and it does not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted access to its features. Event organizers are encouraged to be patient during such interruptions and to check for updates or notifications regarding service status.
Technical Issues:
Reporting Issues: Event organizers are encouraged to report any technical issues they encounter while using the app. Reports can be submitted through the management chat support provided within the app. Response Time: The app management will make reasonable efforts to address reported technical issues in a timely manner. However, the app management does not guarantee the resolution of all issues, nor does it warrant that the app will be free from interruptions or errors. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app management shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from technical issues, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to the app, or any other losses that may arise from such issues. Maintenance and Updates: The app management reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications to the app, which may temporarily affect its availability. Event organizers will be notified in advance of any scheduled downtime whenever possible. Coach Responsibility: Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that their devices and internet connections are compatible with the app and that they maintain appropriate security measures to protect against technical issues that may arise from their own systems. Acknowledgment of Technical Issues: Event organizers acknowledge that the app may experience technical issues, including but not limited to server outages, software bugs, or connectivity problems that may affect the availability or functionality of the app. By using the app, event organizers agree to this technical issues policy and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with technology-based services.
App Suspension: of Account
The app reserves the right to suspend services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of community guidelines, terms of service, or applicable laws. This right may be exercised without prior notice, ensuring that the app can take immediate action to protect its users and maintain the integrity of its platform. In the event of account suspension, event organizers will lose access to their accounts, features, and any content associated with their use of the app. Any pending payments or refunds will be held back for a case review and may be forfeited depending on the severity of the issue or damage caused to the app or its users. Event organizers are encouraged to review and adhere to all community guidelines and terms of service to avoid potential disruptions. Additionally, the app is not obligated to retain any data or provide any backup following account suspension.
App Termination of Account:

Event organizers may also be required to confirm their decision to delete their account to ensure that the action is intentional and secure. Upon account deletion, event organizers will lose access to all features and services provided by the app, as well as any content, data, or information associated with their account. Additionally, the app is not obligated to retain any data or provide any backup following account termination.
Financial Obligations:
Event organizers are responsible for settling any pending fees or charges associated with their usage of the app, regardless of the reason for account status changes, including service withdrawals, account terminations, or account deletions, before account closure to avoid potential implications. Event organizers should review the relevant terms and conditions regarding refunds, as eligibility may depend on specific factors or service usage. Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with the app's guidelines, and any approved refunds will be processed promptly.
